How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to say we offer free shipping on all orders.

Do you have a holiday shipping cutoff?

To receive the shipment in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your order by December 10th.

When will I get my order?

Our estimated shipping and delivery timeframes are below:

Standard shipping - ship within 5-7 business days, and once shipped it will be delivered within approximately 7-10 business days.

During busy periods like the holidays or special promotions, there may be additional delays due to the high volume of orders.

Do you offer express shipping?

Unfortunately, currently we do not.

My tracking number isn’t working.

Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, it's possible our system assigned the incorrect carrier link to your tracking number.

In the US, we ship with:

  1. UPS
  2. FedEx

My order says “DELIVERED” but I haven’t received it?

Please reach out to us at support@rhodyrug.com if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it.

Please note that in some cases, parcels can get marked as delivered on the tracking but still take a couple of days to physically arrive!

 

My order was marked as “RETURN TO SENDER” what happens next?

Unfortunately, we cannot reroute orders that have been marked as 'Returned to Sender'. Orders can be returned to us by the carrier for several reasons including issues with the address provided or if the item was not claimed for several business days after being made available for customer pick-up.

Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, the order will automatically be restocked, and you will be refunded for the value of your items.

Please note that if shipping was paid on the order, this cost is not eligible for a refund.

My item arrived damaged; how can you help me?

We are so sorry you received a damaged item! Our Customer Care team would be happy to assist you with a solution within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy page here (link).

We ship Monday-Friday

Can I change my shipping address?

For security purposes, we're unable to change the address on an order entirely. We are only able to request small updates such as adding a unit number or buzzer code.

If your order has not yet shipped and you want to completely change the shipping address, we may be able to cancel your order and you can place a new order with the correct address.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship in the US.

Can I change the shipping method on my order?

We are unable to adjust the shipping method after an order has been placed. We apologize!
